If you have received a damaged or defective product or if the item is not as described, you can raise a replacement request within 10 days of receiving the product. Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

  • Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)
  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes

Items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

Any luggage items with locks must be returned unlocked.

For Now Return facility is available only via self-returns, as we are in process of integrating Reverse Pickup with our courier partners.

Replacement , Full or Partial Refund will be provided for damaged / defective items , items with missing parts or item not as described, which should be reported within 10 business days.

Replacement, Full or Partial Refund may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product or entire refund.


Original copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (invoice include with package)

Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the package)

A return label with Bagaholics tracking bar-code (paste on the package)

Note: If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address (our address) and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
